The Shining Star is a PTO-sponsored school blog where one blog post is posted per day so that the student's work can "shine"! Students work independently or with a partner so you may see more than one author per post. Be sure to subscribe to the Shining Star so you can show your child their blog post when it comes out and see if they wrote about the topic you both decided on!

One day on Unicorn island
Penny was really happy. Because she was going to have a new baby sister. She
was so happy. When the baby was born they called her Dime. Penny, Dime had so
